APPLICATION
​​We will 'package' your requirement and approach the Banks/finance companies that will best meet your needs as agreed during our planning session. Having been in their position we know what information they need, how best to present it. You will get a copy of the application- full transparancy.
LOAN PLACEMENT​​
Once approval/s and offers are back we put them to you, and YOU choose whom to place your lending with. We will make a reccomendation based on facilities/price etc .We stay in the picture through settlement date and beyond to make sure all is going smoothly.
